Keystone expanded the services we provide to include the valuation of Machinery and Equipment.  Having a Machinery and Equipment Appraiser on staff helps our relocation advisors provide more detailed relocation assistance to business occupants.  This ability to further educate the agents and relocation specialists with their knowledge of Machinery and Equipment, better prepares our agents to speak intelligently with the business owners being displaced.

When displacing a business, it is essential that accurate values for all of the machinery and equipment items are determined in order to provide the highest level of assistance possible to those being displaced.

Keystone relocation staff has regularly reviewed and relayed the contents of these Machinery and Equipment Valuation reports to individual relocation claims.   It was determined having the ability to determine values, reaches across company lines to help us better serve our clients, the public and especially those that are being relocated as a result of a public improvement project.  This resource also allows Keystone to better support clients with the disposal, auction or transfer of Machinery and Equipment acquired during a project.
